May 8 is a day when silence speaks louder than words. A day of remembrance, pain, gratitude, and strength of spirit. We bow our heads before all those who gave their lives in the fight against Nazism during the Second World War, before those who never returned home, and before the millions of broken lives and generations whose future was taken away by war.
Today, this memory resonates especially deeply, as Ukraine once again fights for the right to be free and to live on its own land. We remember the lessons of the past and believe that light, truth, and humanity will always overcome darkness and evil.
We are grateful to everyone who defended and continues to defend our country, our freedom, and our right to a future. The memory of the heroes’ sacrifice lives on in the hearts of generations and reminds us of the true cost of peace. On this day, we unite in sorrow and gratitude, preserving historical memory and the strength of the unbreakable Ukrainian spirit. May courage, faith, and love for our homeland continue to guide us toward a just peace and Victory.
We remember. We fight. We will prevail.
Eternal memory to the fallen. Honor and gratitude to the heroes.
