The company DCC «CHIEF», which is the official representative of Van Aarsen in Ukraine, regularly participates in these events, not only strengthening partnership ties but also gaining access to the latest technologies and innovations. The event brought together specialists from more than ten countries, including Spain, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Poland, Mexico, the Philippines, and South Korea. In total, Van Aarsen equipment is already operating in more than 70 countries worldwide, and Ukraine is among the key partners. Ukraine was represented at this training by Oleksandr Chumachenko, Van Aarsen’s representative in Ukraine and director of DCC «CHIEF» LLC, as well as Anna Panchuk, the company’s chief technologist. Van Aarsen demonstrates deep support for Ukraine that goes beyond simple business cooperation.

«In practice, we saw how large units are assembled, from individual components to fully functional production lines. It is not just metal and bolts, but engineering craftsmanship that ensures the durability of the equipment», — shared her impressions Anna Panchuk, describing the installation of the mixer blades. According to her, such mixers can serve for over 30 years, requiring only minimal maintenance, such as replacing sealing rings or tightening the blades. Clients in Ukraine already confirm this: some Van Aarsen mixers have been operating for more than 25 years without major repairs. «It is important for us to understand not only the theory, but also the technological philosophy of Van Aarsen: quality, reliability, and service for decades. We saw how every component undergoes control at each stage of production», — noted Oleksandr Chumachenko.

Participants of the training became familiar with the assembly and testing process, which allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of how the equipment withstands intensive loads. For example, Van Aarsen pellet mills are equipped with systems that prevent overheating and ensure uniform pelleting, which is critical for poultry and cattle feed. «When you see how meticulously and with what attention to detail every element is made, from an unconventional hopper to the smallest seal, you understand why Van Aarsen is a leader», — noted Anna Panchuk, Chief Technologist of DCC «CHIEF». This equipment is designed to automate and simplify the most complex stages of feed production, which is critically important for efficient poultry and cattle feed manufacturing.

Particular attention was paid to feed bucket elevators and conveyors, which differ from grain-elevator counterparts due to their adaptation to the specific characteristics of feed.
An equally important aspect was the discussion regarding spare parts. Van Aarsen ensures fast delivery of components, which is vital for the uninterrupted operation of the plants.

During the inspection of the finished equipment, it was especially pleasant to see the machines that will soon operate at Ukrainian enterprises. Some of them are already packed for shipment to Ukraine.

The culmination of the visit was the presentation of certificates confirming completion of the training. They were handed to the Ukrainian delegation by Jeroen Wiezer, Director of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service at Van Aarsen.

But the real «headliner» was the meeting with Henk Derckx, the owner of the company, during which urgent financing issues were discussed for Ukrainian initiatives in the implementation of large-scale projects. The company Van Aarsen International is open to dialogue with businesses in Ukraine, as it believes in the country’s economic recovery and potential, which opens new opportunities for Ukrainian enterprises seeking to modernize their production.

To date, DCC «CHIEF» is ready to help successfully implement the supply of high-quality equipment for feed and premix plants, as well as individual pelleting lines for various products, using the potential of international financing. «This trip is not only an experience, but also a growth point. Ukraine has tremendous potential in feed production. Together with Van Aarsen, we are taking real steps to realize it», — noted Oleksandr Chumachenko.

The DCC «CHIEF» delegation expressed profound gratitude to their colleagues from Van Aarsen for the incredible experience and continuous support. «We gained invaluable practical experience. It was not just a visit, but an immersion in the process where Van Aarsen innovations transform into quality», — commented Oleksandr Chumachenko. «Our partnership serves as a reliable bridge that provides Ukrainian enterprises not just with equipment supply, but with the implementation of the most effective global technological standards».
In upcoming publications, we will provide detailed information about the technical features and capabilities of feed production equipment. After all, Van Aarsen is a leader among all manufacturers in innovation and technology, offering advantages both in automation and in overall efficiency of the production process.

DCC «CHIEF» LLC is always open for dialogue: «Contact us, and we will help you successfully implement the supply of high-quality equipment and comprehensive solutions for your projects. In times of change, such partnerships are your key to success!», — emphasized Oleksandr Chumachenko.
